What can I expect when I reach out to Thrive Therapy?
We will set up an introductory online session at a convenient time for you. During this first session, we will mainly be gathering information about you, understanding what your challenges are and the areas you would like support with. We work entirely at your pace and there is no pressure to commit to the therapy sessions after the first meeting.
